Francesco Albano was born in 19 November 1976 in Oppido Mamertina. Oppido Mamertina is a town of the province of Reggio Calabria in Calabria in Southern Italy. He is an Italian Artist who graduated from sculpture department of Accademia di Belle Arti di Carrara (1) in 2000. He lives and works in Istanbul, Turkey.
In 2005 he won the National Prize of Arts-MIUR for sculpture.
In 2008 he had his first solo exhibition "Everyday Bestiary" curated by Flavio Arensi and Stefano Castelli at the Castle of San Giorgio di Legnano (MI). Dovevaccadere-SALE (space art legnano). Same year Turkish director Cansin Sagesen made a short movie inspired by his works.
In June 2011 two of his sculpture had presented in 54th Venice Biennale.
Francesco Albano sinh ngày 19 tháng 11 năm 1976 tại thị trấn Oppido Mamertina. Thị trấn Oppido Manertina là một thị trấn của tỉnh Reggio Calabria ở Calabria thuộc miền Nam nước Ý. Là một nghệ sĩ người Ý tốt nghiệp khoa điêu khắc ở Học Viện Nghệ Thuật Carrara vào năm 2000. Hiện tại anh sống và làm việc tại thành phố Istanbul, Thổ Nhĩ Kì.
